The beauty of our Web 2.0 world is that our messages can be seen by a much broader audience than before, but that also means that a message you post on Twitter might end up being seen on someone’s Facebook, Plaxo account or even a blog.
Since we can’t always control where our messages are being seen online, its helpful to write from the point of gender neutrality.
Try to stay away from using pronouns that identify the person you’re talking to as female or male.
